With web-based and instructor-led training options, existing and new customers have a variety of courses available covering operation, administration, maintenance and provisioning; IP network design and development; and how to deliver and market enhanced applications. Training is available for the entire solution purchased from Taqua including BroadSoft and ACME products. In addition, Taqua provide customized training solutions for customers requiring on-site training.
Taqua's Headquarters in Richardson, TX includes a state of the art training facility with dedicated hands-on access to Taqua's advanced laboratories. This enables customers to train hands-on with best-in-class partner equipment including multiservice access nodes, session border controllers, applications servers, IP/Router equipment and end-user phones and devices.
