The solution includes a unified, browser-based interface for scheduling conferences and controlling calls in process. It also provides functionality for web presentation of Microsoft Office documents (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Included in the meeting notice is a URL to view MS Office files online. With the conference moderator able to direct the pace of the presentation, applications include collaborative workshops , online meetings and interactive sales presentations.
