TCS6100 CONVERGENCE SERVER
The TCS6100 Small Cell Convergence Server (TCS6100) is a carrier-class solution, available in two rack-optimized platforms: a compact 2U Intel Xeon Irwindale chassis and a scalable 12U IBM BladeCenter® bladeserver-based chassis. Both platforms are carrier-class solutions designed to meet the mobile operator’s rigorous availability, reliability, environmental, safety and quality standards. Both platforms have achieved ETSI/NEBS level 3 compliance, meeting Bellcore GR-63-CORE and GR-1089-CORE standards. Both the 2U and 12U platforms have built-in fault tolerance features to ensure a high availability solution.   

The TCS6100 is designed to integrate with the mobile operator’s incumbent Operations Support Systems (OSS) and Business Support Systems (BSS), enabling operators to extend existing operations practices to new femto-based offerings. The SNMP-based solution delivers full fault, confi guration, accounting, performance and security management capabilities. It features an HTTPS browser-based graphical user interface as well as a command line interface that can be accessed via TELNET or SSH. In addition, Taqua offers published XML/SOAP APIs for integration with external OSS and BSS applications.
